Jeff is the VP of Originations at Groundfloor, helping borrowers secure loans for residential rehab and construction investment projects. He also leads the senior business development team, and works closely across the organization to support the continued growth of loan origination, which feeds real estate opportunities into our investment platform.

Jeff has more than 19 years’ experience in the finance and default servicing industries, including developing new financial products, managing capital markets, VIP account management, and managing underwriting and process flows.

Outside of work, Jeff has been an avid running and cycling competitor for more than 28 years. He also serves on multiple boards in his community with respect to global ministry efforts, as well as a local support specific to Young Life, Ride4Refugees and Hands2Serve.
