My role is simple: helping clients secure funding that truly fits their project. Whether it’s a fix-and-flip,  ground-up construction, or DSCR , my role is to guide you through the financing so you can stay focused on execution.

Having completed projects myself, I understand how critical dependable capital is. Timelines matter. Certainty matters. I work to make sure financing is a strength, not a stress point, in your deal. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog, staying active through exercise, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.
